Choose your attire wisely.
When setting out on the journey to empower yourself with boudoir session. Take a look at the attire you may already have on have first. Such as sports jersey with long athletic shocks and a cute little boy shorts to make it complete.
Bring some fun props. Such as handcuffs, oversized sweater, tiaras, fo fur coat or cute plaid!
Make sure it fits properly. Always try on you attire prior to your shoot. Bring your three most favorite outfits. Then some quick change shirts or robes you can pair with them. When choosing a bra or bustier be sure the cup size is perfect fit. This will help with and wardrobe malfunctions during your session. Above all have fun with your attire.
Make a Playlist
Make a playlist for you session. One thing I love to do while photographing someone is put on some great music in the background. I never know what some prefer. I suggest making one for yourself that speaks to you. Choose songs that make you happy or that make you feel like the badass you are.
Boudoir is for you!
Let’s start by saying Boudoir is not about having a partner to share this with. It’s about you! It’s about how it makes you feel. Trust me when I say you will feel beautiful, gorgeous, uplifted and my favorite is empowered!! This the a great step to taking charge of your body and mind.
Boudoir is a very real outlet where woman can learn a great deal abut themselves. What makes them feel and look sexy. Becoming proud to be in the bodies that have. Improving ones self image and excepting the skin you're in. All woman of every shape, size or age should have a chance to work it!!!
Boudoir is not about sexy faces and duck lips.
Leave those duck lips at home….lol Let me break this down for you. Boudoir is about empowering you and your self image. Its about making you feel beautiful. Lets face it we all need that every now and then. Boudoir It that feeling you get when you are wearing your favorite outfit. You know the one that fits just right no matter what kinda day you are having.
It’s a day of pampering. Getting your hair and makeup professionally done makes you feel like a ROCK STAR! Who doesn’t love a bit of rock star status in their life?!
Did I tell you how much you will laugh and have a blast while you're in front of the camera. It’s partly because I love to photograph Boudoir sessions as much as you will love them being in them.
Once you do Boudoir shoot. I promise you will want to do them again and again.

The Rocker - This was a really fun theme for sure. She brought her guitar along with some vinyl records. It was a perfect way to capture her personality.
The Doc- Who doesn't love a sexy Doctor. She went for her this theme because it was close to her heart.
The Dark Vixen- The dark victorian style is to die for!
The Sparkle- With a little Valentines theme we made her sparkle!
The Temptress - Just one bite and you're under her spell.
