What to do prior to your session
The month leading up to your session you should do a few things.
I cant stress enough the importance of hydration. When I say hydrate you should be drinking at least gallon of water a day. This helps your skin have a natural glow. Blemishes will clear up and you will generally feel better.
If you haven’t already started to choose your attire a month prior is a good amount of time to get that stuff ordered. When you choose outfits for your session make sure you deliberate with your choices. Such as having matching shoes and accessories to go with your attire. Choose about 3- 4 outfit changes. That way if something isn’t working you have choices.
At this point you should have paid any monies owed. This will be one less thing to worry about leading up to your session.
Hair and Makeup Artist should defiantly be scheduled at this point. We have 4 different companies to choose from. They are all equally amazing. I’ve personally worked with all of them.

One Week Prior
Making time for the day of your session. Hair and Makeup will be about 2hrs. Then depending you package you choose allow for 2-3 hrs in the studio.
Try not to consume alcohol or salty foods a few days before. This will minimize swelling.
This is also a good point to have a mani/pedi. This completely optional
Moisturize like crazy the days leading up to your shoot.
Finally wear loosing fitting clothing on the day of your session. This will lesson any marks on your skin.
I hope this has helped you get ready for the day of “YOU”. Let’s get empowered!
